AMC has been structured to operate a diverse property portfolio for the purposes of reducing risks commonly associated with exploration and mining. The company applies the requisite management to each situation required to carry the project forward.

Aside from the company's two "primary" properties, the "secondary" properties in the portfolio are advanced through joint ventures or partnerships and can be taken public with a carryforward interest to AMC. This model enables the company to build the value of its asset base at a greatly reduced risk.
